Default Having a steering issue

My 99 ta drives fine in a straight line alignment has been checked. But when you turn the wheel it seems to have hard spots in the wheel makes it harder to turn the wheel anyone else have these issues?

Top off your fluid and turn the steering left and right a few times lock to lock.

raise the front wheels start the car and turn it slowly lock to lock with out going all the way to make the annoying noise, and it will help to keep the cap open while doing this, it is very important to do it slowly and have the front wheels off the ground

I had something like that happen in my car. The bolt on the steering rack knuckle was hitting my long tubes. I just ground it down a little and it was fine.
