Default Christmas Presents Finally came! UMI

got this stuff today. i only was able to install the relocation brackets. the driver side was a biotch because the holes would not line up. i eventually got it on. passenger side slid right in no problem

torque arm will be installed tomorrow. my suspension is a lot quieter now that I put the LCA rod end on the axle instead of mounted to the body. but man this is some heavy duty stuff. the torque arm is pretty heavy

yeah i put it in the other day. overall its fairly quiet. there is some vibrations associated with it. im just going to drive it for a few hundred miles and decide if i want to keep it or not. does yours vibrate the center council or clunk at all?

i might have to play with the pinion angle

IF it clunks, GREASE it!!! I've got some road noise, but it's a solid mount, you're going to get that. The tranny mount one has isolators in it so you don't hear/feel it like that. The tunnel mount one is SOLID. Sound travels faster through material than air, so there ya go.

Default About your parts

Hello,
Thank you for being a UMI Customer. I see you are wondering about the parts you ordered! Due to the holiday sale we got a little behind. So if you can PM me with your name and item number I will be more than happy to check everything out for you and also I need to know if you ordered it direct from us or our vendors.

Thanks Again!
Brad

Yeah guys, just be patient waiting for your stuff. I've ordered from them in the past, and it is worth the wait. With the big holiday sales, I'm sure they have been overwhelmed with orders and are building parts as fast as they can without sacrificing quality.

FYI, I placed an order with Byunspeed for a K-member on Nov. 30th during their Black Friday sale, and it just shipped on Friday, Jan 16. I also ordered SFC's and Panhard Bar Relocation kit at the same time, which took about four weeks to ship. If you also ordered through Byunspeed, you should get a tracking number via email when your order ships.

i have the same relocation brackets, they fit great, i had a hard time sliping them on working off the jack stands but rolled over to my buddy at midas, once it was on the lift and we actually had room to work with they fit perfect, i noticed a diffence with the new PHB, LCA's and relocation brackets. I plan on the UMI T/A and SFC's when i get money again, lol
