Default QA1 R series questions

I'm running these on the front of the car w/ QA1 #325 springs this car does see track time plus i drive it daily as well. So here are my questions.

What do you guys normally set the compression and rebound to while driving on the street and vice versa for the track?

any help would be appreciated. and if you need any more info just let me know. Thanks

Yes they are a single adjustable. The adjustments are for the rebound.

I have the R series. They have one **** and a little "R" sticker next to the ****. You have the double adjustibles. I guess the big question is: Did you pay for the Rs or the doubles? The doubles are considerably more exspensive. If you're selling them, make sure you are asking enough money.

Sounds like you have the double adjustables. If they charged you the r series price you got a good deal.

I paid the d.a. price it was around 700 for the fronts... What kind of feedback are you getting from them? And what settings are normally used for street/strip?

You paid the right price for the double. The settings that 99BluZ28 uses are a good starting point. Compression 6, rebound 10. You may find that you need to tweak these settings a little.
