F***ed up suspension!
so i recently bought a set of lowering springs. they were 1.5 inch drop. well when i went to install them, my front struts were so rusted that i HAD to buy new ones. so i went and just bought oem fronts and rears. well, after the install, my car didnt sit right in the back. so i bought an adjustable panhard rod. after that install, my passenger side rear tire rubs BAD. i have ajdusted my panhard everywhere i can. i cannt get the tire to stop rubbing. so i reinstalled my STOCK springs. IT STILL RUBS!! even after adjusting my panhard. it never did it before the new shocks, springs, and panhard. WHAT DO I DO??? someone help me!!!

So is the tire is rubbing on the fender lip, or inside the inner wheelwell?
If it's rubbing on the fender lip you need to adjust the PHB so it's longer.
But if it's rubbing on the inner wheelwell adjust the PHB so it's shorter.
So, just adjust the PHB more, until the tire doesn't rub any more.

thats the thing. i have adjusted it. longer. shorter. everything! it still rubs. the car was wrecked but only bad enough to replace a fender. a deer ran into it in the front fender and hood. i dont think that would be bad enough to mess anything up.

Don't shave the lip! There has to be a reason that something has changed/out of wack. Work on sorting out the issue before you do something that is not reversible. Hell, I'd put it back to stock until I got it sorted out vs. shaving the fender lip. Something is not right and in my mind, not right is not right and it has to be solved.
I wonder, is it possible that your aftermarket PHR does not have left hand treads on one end and right had on the other end. Maybe both ends are right hand or left hand. If that's the case then just turning the bar while it's attached to the car won't change the length of the bar, therefore any and all adjustments on car won't do a damn thing. Knowing how PHR are fabricated, it's entirely possible that human error could have come into play and the bar could have been made wrong. This seems like the most plausible reason for your issue.
The isolator is the rubber thing that sits on top of the rear coil spring. It's pretty thick so if one is missing on one side of the car then that side of the car will probably sit about 1/2 inch lower.
