Default Koni Shock sale through 6/30/09

I just got work that Koni has temporarily waived their standard MAP Pricing until June 30 2009.

What does that mean to you? Well--lower prices.

http://www.stranoparts.com/searchbym...D=20&ModelID=7

4/4's were $974 a set, now $835.20 4/3's were $854 a set, now $732.00

Sale prices apply to individual Koni shocks as well, not just full sets of shocks. Shipping applies, but as always we don't charge extraneous handling fees and other additional costs. What it costs me is what it costs you (average $20-30 per set).

The sale cannot be applied to any previously purchased dampers, only to new sales. If I'd have known it was coming I would have certainly let you know. This was a suprise to me!

Man... That's tough - too bad your springs didn't come in a month later, probably would have helped out quite a few guys.

Guess that's just the way it goes sometimes...

DA pricing: 1351.20 for the set

Still, I don't normally recommend them over 4/4's.

It's a bummer to those that ordered before, and I wish I'd have known it was coming. I most certainly would have let you know if I would have know.

Previous orders did get the free shipping, new orders get the lower price but no free shipping (not that shipping offsets the price difference, but maybe it's a bit of a less painful thing).

You can only make this up to me by shipping all orders through my residence so I can spit on the box before it makes it to its final destination.

I know it's a bummer. Keeping up with these sorts of things in this market is a mess. Kind of like buying a new car. Who knows what incentives will show up next week.....

Even though these are more road racing oriented , they could be loosened on the fronts and tightened on the rears for drag racing correct ? And then easily reset to street handling duty once off the drag strip ?

Are the separate rear shocks you can buy the same as would come in the 4/4 all four package?
