HELP: Have LGM Springs, May Change, Want Input...
I've got LG Motorsports G2 Super Springs on the car right now, and I'm wanting to possibly change them out mainly because I measured a 2" front, 2.25" rear drop out of these 1.5" lowering springs. I've had them on for a little over a year and I love them, but I recently moved and I'm having some speed bump issues, so I've thought of changing springs to the Hotchkis springs. I see them measured as a 1" drop, but I noticed on Steve's site that he said 1.5", so can anyone clarify that some for me, or am I looking at the same springs (1905 everywhere they are listed I believe, like TByrne and Arizona Speed & Marine). I'd kinda like to swap to the Pro Kit, but would be worried I'd be too low still. I think a 1.25" drop would be perfect for me, but I'm just looking for some more input. So if you've got any pics I can go by I'd greatly appreciate it. Also, let me know what shocks you're running as well, just out of curiosity. Thanks for any help.

I think Hotchkis is your only choice. I have learned that all spring manufacturer's advertise drop is approximately 5" too short. Meaning a spring advertised to drop 1" will actually drop the car nearly 1.5", just my opinion though.

Definately do not get the pro-kit. It too has way more drop than advertised. Get the Hotchkis, or for even less drop, the BMR. I got the BMR myself. I had the pro-kit, then the LG Hypercoils, I liked the rear springs of the Hypercoils better. Both had a little more than 1.5" drop.
Got Lt's, so the drop was too low. So now the BMR springs and I don't have to worry about the speed bumps scraping any more (1 inch drop)

So if I did go with the Hotchkis springs, I'd probably see around 1.5" drop instead of the 2" drop I saw on the G2 Supers? And I could probably sell the G2 Supers for decent money as well? Hmmm, decisions decisions...

I thought the Hotchkis dropped the car about as much as the Eibach Sportlines...closer to 2.25-2.5"...but I can't say for sure.
Steve2000SS had them on his car and it looked pretty low.
