They are known for sagging, so if you consider that "bad" then yes.
What exactly are you concerned about, has the ride gotten worse?

im just in the market for a new suspension, and im just wondering if i should get new springs... but if they last longer than 7 years? i'll just keep them if not then i'll just get new springs... my car is lower and i can hear the springs in the back, not sure if they are going bad or they just make that noise, they sound like an old door openning

That noise is most likely bushings.
If you are looking to replace suspension anyway you might as well save yourself the extra pain and ditch the sportlines. They are arguably the worst spring made for our cars, they aren't great for anything but looks.

Go with some QA1 DAs up front or Strange DAs with the 2.5"ID hypercoil springs and QA1 or Strange SAs or DAs in the rear with factory springs with "Hose Mod".

The DAs up front would allow you dial them in strictly for the track, then when you done at the track dial them back in for the street, and the same for the rear.
