Default Best street pad?

What pad should i get? I am probably going to use the stock rotors or something similar. I don't want it to dust excessively. I see ebc green stuffs and hawk hps, which of the two is better for stopping and anything else to consider?

Any benefit from getting something like brembo blanks over stockers?

I have no experience with EBC pads, but I have hawk HP pads on my car front and rear and they are great IMO. They do dust more than stock, but its not excessive (I've seen other stock cars dust WAY more). Defiantly stops better with these pads over stock.

Stock rotors have warping issues (although some argue they don't).
All I know is when I had the stock rotors they warped twice, so I replaced them with some autozone duralast (first with stock pads, then with hawk) and have had no warping issues since(and this has been years). When these wear down I will get getting either brembo blanks or possibly some ATE rotors.

EBC red stuff, I currently have EBC yellows on my TA and you I could give myself a concussion by slamming on the brakes-the downside is they dust a bit-but not too bad.
