Uncooperative Main Torque Arm Bolt

Default Uncooperative Main Torque Arm Bolt

its a Spohn body mount t/a

the rest of the bolts are hand tight

the front main T/A bolt on the rear is being uncooperative and wrenchng it n isnt working. how to get t the rest of the way in?

you are going to need to load up the rear suspension with a floor jack to align the holes to get the bolts into place. I had to do this with my UMI T/A and also my LG torque arm to get the bolts through.

i did, at varying degrees. its not moving

try feeding the bolt from the bottom to see where it's binding up at.

I did that with the old bolt and put the new bolt in from the top and actually turning it with the socket to get it to go down. Is this on a stock axle/Strange or Moser?

to remove the bolt, put a jack under your swaybar and make minor liftings until the angle changes enough to lift the bolt out. . .
