New brake pads and rotors grinding i just bought some new rotors and pads for the front of my firebird and ever since i put them on they have been grinding. At first it was really bad but its was getting a little better after about 10 miles,it only grinds bad when i press on the brake. anybody know what this could possibly be?

thats what ive been told i did do some intense braking lastnight on my way home and it started to sound better not sure what brand i got them from a buddy that works in a parts wearhouse but i know there brand new for sure

Exactly, if any of the ped retainer clips end up touching the rotor, you can get a horrible grind/squeal from the brakes.
