Default Help with ride hight and clunking noise

Hi, I just recently bought a 99 TA, and here are the mods that previous owner said he did to it: SLP headers and "loud mouth" cat back exhaust, Hurst short throw shifter. sub frame connectors, adjustable torque arm, tubular upper and lower A arms, solid boxed rear control arms and panhard bar and drilled/slotted rotors with factory calipers, SLP cold air induction kit and an SLP mass air meter.

Now, two things, the car is way too low in the front, I have a hard time getting in my driveway. Also, Everytime I shift and leg go the clutch somewhat quickly a clunking noise happens, he said that it was some kind of torque bar that's doing that.

My 2 questions are: 1) what do i need to do to raise the front up a little, 2) how important is that torque bar, and what would I lose if I removed it to get rid of that noise?

Thanks in advance
