Rear shocks and springs?

Rear shocks and springs? I am redoing the rear suspension on my camaro. What shocks and springs should i go with to get traction but still be comfortable to drive on the street. Any help would be great. Thanks

Just another suggestion for you! It all depends on what your budget allows. If you are looking for traction and its a daily driver I would suggest anything that is adjustable would be good such as a QA1....I know they are pricey but they also give you 12 adjustments to fine tune the rear end!
