2002 Trans Am suspension and Brake Help

My 2002 Trans am convertable needs shocks and springs and the front rotors have warped. The car only has 32,000 miles but was sittting alot.
What springs and shocks are reccommended by other Trans Am owners.
Also what is a good set of rotors and brake pads to use that will resist warping.

Strano Springs and Koni Shocks, either 4/3 or 4/4

do some searching / research and also check out www.stranoparts.com

Get some used stock springs or some strano lowering springs.I definately agree with the koni shocks 4/3 or 4/4 sa's.they are the best bar none. That's what I have on my t/a.Call Sam Strano and see what he has to say.(1-800-729-1831)

factory springs will almost never wear out or need to be replaced because theyre bad. people replace them because they want a handling upgrade or to lower the car. if you want your stock ride height, keep the stock springs and get bilsteins.

I would go with Brembo blanks for rotors. As far as shocks & springs it really depends what you want to do with your car & how much money you want to spend.

Echo is correct - your springs don't wear out and they don't need replaced unless you want lowering springs or higher rate springs.

I would still recommend koni if you want greater handling ability.

If all you care about is ride quality, you could save some cash and get strano revalved bilsteins. the bilsteins are NOT designed for aftermarket springs though.
