Default anyone running Lakewood 50/50 rear shocks?

got a pair of low mileage lakewood 50/50 shocks for cheap and was wondering how are they? any problems with them?

They are not a bad deal for the money. They seem to work fairly well with the 50/50 valving for drag racing but ride quality on the street will suffer.

ya i figured on the street they wouldnt be the best. do these shocks make the back end sit high?

plan on getting Qa1 adjustable shocks but for now was going to give these a try

No they will not alter ride height...

This is wrong, depending on what you are coming from. I came from stock to this, so it felt a ton better. So much tighter, and if they are onlt 50/50, expect a good gain but not much more bumpiness.

This also depends, most of the time shocks don't make height change, but if you have old shocks before, they could have sagged. So yes, these may bring the rear back up.

Enjoy these, I had a similiar brand for a few months and loved it. Then I adjusted them to be more firm...now I really love them!

car has 75k miles on it so the stock suspension on the car is all good so the height should be same with the lakewoods. now im running all bmr suspension with v6 springs in the back and stock shocks with eibach pro kit springs in front so these 50/50 drag shocks should knock off a little et with the supporting suspension mods.
