Everyone talks **** about how terrible those springs are and pretty soon every who has these springs and hates them will start posting on here telling you not to get them..

Don't get them

i'll rephrase that, is there any way i can get my camaro lowered about 2" like using springs and lowering control arms? do they make lowering control arms for these things?

you might try a coilover setup but i can't think of any other springs that will go that low off the top of my head... you will be sacrificing alot of ground clearance and if you have longtubes and aftermarket exhaust you will more than likely beat it all to hell, and it will prob not handle very well at all, then you have to roll fenders or beat the inner fenderwells to clear tires, basically it isn't worth it imo... there are lower control arms but no such thing as lowering control arms... changing the lcas will not affect ride height

Control arms dont dictate ride height.

No drop control arms, like with trucks. If you do go with the Sportline springs go for the lesser of two evils; the LS1 Sportline springs, NOT the LT1 Sportline. To regain some of the lost suspension travel for a lot smoother ride do the "Upper Mount Mod" up front. And if you want to stick with Eibach springs but want something better then the Sportline spring get their LT1 Pro-kit; it's their best Eibach option for your car.
You best overall option would be Strano's lowering springs, nice lowering with great spring rates, and no spring sag .

And last, but most important, get some good shocks to control those higher spring rates.

i completely agree... strano springs give the right amount of drop, not too much nor too little, and they make the car handle alot better provided you have a good shock to pair them with... if you don't want to fork over the money for koni's then get bilsteins which i believe sam still has on sale... with his springs you would be looking at around $700 give or take... strano springs paired with either koni or bilstein shocks is going to be the most popular setup you will find on this board for f-bodies... but if you still don't want to go that route and care about looks more than how the car performs then eibachs may be for you
