Weld on is the only way to go. I think basically any lca relo brackets will work, since the S60s are set up to accept the stock or stock replacement lca's. BMR/Spohn/UMI etc., any should work. I just ordered my S60 and I am having relo brackets added by the vendor before it is delivered to me.

Why do you prefer weld on? Just curious.

The rear I have ordered with relo brackets will be the first that I ever had so I don't really have any "real world" experience one way or the other but the weld on will be a stronger set up - no chance that they will move or ever come loose.

I have UMI's Bolt on brackets and had them welded for added strength. I didn't have a welder so the bolt on's were a easy choice at the time.

Both our bolt on and weld in brackets will fit the S60 rear end, part # 2010 and 2012

Hope that helps!
