Default air dam scapes the ground

You guys with lowered F bodies, does your front air dam scape the ground at times. My front end is 26" from ground to wheel opening. Is This to low?

My car is on Eibach pro-kit springs and is probably 27" at the wheel opening. Im just guessing going by tire diameter. I don't ever remember having mine hit the ground.

Mine hits the ground sometimes. I never measured my height from ground to fender opening however. It just comes with the territory with having a lowered car. It's fairly pliable so it really doesn't get damaged when you drag it on the ground leaving parking lots. Sure it gets scratched up but that's pretty much the extent of the damage.

Don't worry about it scrapping, I've scrapped mine a couple of time a day for the last 10 or so years, and it's still in great shape!
BTW, my front is about 25.75".

Eh, its the air dam. just sounds bad.

Now if it was your bumper then that would be an issue.

Don't sweat it.. I'm sure anyone on any suspension scrapes the air dam once in a while. No biggie. I get a little worried when I scrape my long tubes sometimes.. maybe I should worry more but I even brush that off, lol
