Question Installing Bilstein HD's and BMR springs help?

I am going to install my springs and shocks this weekend and have questions. I got the parts at home and am wondering if I need to take the OE lower spring perches off of the original shocks and put them on the new Bilsteins. The Bilsteins do not have their own perch and most of the instructions are vague and also in German. All and any help is appreciated.

Cool, they just slide on right? No hardware or anything to hold them there?
