Default Heater hose mod for drag car?

Getting ready to install my 9" and I'm trying to figure out if I should do the spring isolator removal mod on a car that is being setup for drag racing?

I don't care about lowering the car, so from a straight line performance standpoint is this mod worth while?

If your not wanting to lower the car at all theres really no reason to do it.

Yeah, the heater hose is just to drop the back .5"....I suppose it would technically cause more weight to sit on the rear (by a very, very small margin), but I wouldn't bother if you're not looking to lower.
