Dunno about LCA's, the PHB isn't bad at all if the bolts come in/go on easy. I don't remember the lbs, I have a Haynes manual (not here at school) and I think it was ok.

LCAs aren't hard, just do one at a time. I didn't, and wound up having to use a ratchet strap to pull the axle forward enough to get the bolts in the LCAs.

I normally stick the jack stands under the sway bar bushings for the rear axle.

Also, if your LCAs and PHR are adjustable, the best way to start, as far as length, is to take the stock part, slide the bolts through both bushings, then adjust the ends of the adjustable piece until it fits down on the bolts on top of the stock part - that way, you've got a confirmed length that works when you put the replacement part in, so you're starting any later adjustments from the stock axle location.

You might want to make sure you have some extra bolts in case you break some, at least for the panhard rod.

its very easy and quick, takes about 45min to do lca's/phb. just put the jack stands on the frame in front of the rear, keep the jack on the rear to move it up/down to help with fitment. thats what i did

Actually, I ran the rear of the car up on ramps to get enough clearance, that way your suspension is constantly loaded, so fitment is a breeze. If you're not changing the angles (no lowering) it should make it pretty easy.

Also, if im not mistaken, make sure you dont tighten the LCA bolts if the rear axle is just hanging. Lift the axle in order to give it pressure before tightning bolts

^Yep, I just swapped out my rear and somehow I totally forgot that you're supposed to torque down the panhard and LCA bolts while the suspension is under load, not while it's hanging down on the rack. Otherwise the bushings will not be in the correct positions in the brackets. Then when you drop the car the bushings bind, causing clunking and creaking. I had to crawl underneath the car and do them over again.
