Default Anyone use Moog Stock Replacement Springs?

Well i want to put my car back to stock ride height or close to it. Only real close springs i could find are made by moog. Has anyone used these springs? If so which ones did you get as it seems they make a couple different ones with different spring rates.

Are their any other recommendations for springs to use? I want a good riding car on the road that handles decent. Its just a weekend cruiser so i don't want to spend a lot. The lowered springs on the car now ride like crap, so i am looking at my options for spring and shock replacements. I'm thinking moog replacements with KYB AGX shocks.

I've heard that the stock Moog replacements ride a lot higher than the factory GM stock springs. You should try a search, there's been a few threads about this already.

Like stated gm springs are expensive and strano's are lowering springs. I want a comfortable stock ride height. I don't want it lowered. I'm thinking if nothing else I'll go with strano's package of slp springs and slp blistien shocks that only lower it 3/4". this seems to be the most reasonable package that would give me a comfortable ride at stock ride height with out spending a ton. its only a weekend car, just want a good comfortable ride.

I'd go with a set of low mileage stock coil spring takeoffs from someone who has gone with a set of lowering springs rather than buy a brand new set of oem/aftermarket stock replacements ...

I agree but I have not found any. If you know of anyone getting rid of their stock springs send them my way!

Dang i must be search retarded because i looked yesterday and found nothing. Only bad problem is i need all 4 shocks and springs.

On a side note I'm assuming the SS springs are stiffer than the z28, correct? So i probably wouldn't want to buy front z28 shocks and springs with ss rear shocks and springs, or something like that.

ONLY the optioned SSs got blue lowering Eibachs. Standard SSs without the suspension upgrade got regular old Z28 shocks/springs..

I'm assuming the lowered eibachs the optioned SS's got are the same as the kits i see with slp bilstien shocks and slp eibach springs?

How much lower does that combo really sit compared to a z/28 style spring/shock? I measured from the ground to the top center of my wheel opening and I'm at 25 5/8" in the front and 26 5/8" in the rear, how much is my car lowered?

If you are looking for ride quality you do not want factory decarbon shocks, especially used.
Get at least some bilstiens.
