Default 02 Z28 Front Suspension --> 94 Z28?

What can I use from the front suspension of a 2002 Z28 to put in my 94? I'm talking control arms, bushings balljoints, tie rods, shocks, etc. A lot of my front end is very worn and I figured getting a few free parts that aren't damaged from an LS1 parts car my manager is using couldn't hurt. The car has 56k miles btw, should I not use certain parts at that mileage?

The upper and lower arms/ball-joints, and the whole shock/spring assemblies.

Take the spindles, rotors, and calipers as well for an upgrade. The LS1s have bigger calipers and rotors.

Unfortunately, he may be taking the brake assembly. I'm hoping he won't be able to make them work, I'd be all over that otherwise. Though I'm not sure my Eagle 77 wheels fit around the ls1 brakes. I'd just take the wheels to solve that but he may be using them as well. He's using the motor and a few other things for his 55 chevy.
