Did you notice anything when welding in your bolt on sfcs?
I have some slp sfcs and was always worried about the instance that I would want to remove them at a later time. But I don't really see them getting in the way of anything.

Hi,
i just finished my install and bolted them in place using 1 1/2 x1/2 inch schedule #8 hardware with washers on both sides. I made my frame brackets out of 1/4 x1 1/2wx7l. These are installed inside the frame rail.the easy way to start the nut is to hold the washer & nut with a extended handle magnet insert bolt and washer and gently turn to catch head of bolt. I used box end wrenches to hold the bolt inside the frame rail on the back side and a wrench with the socket that swivels on the engine side. Went smooth after using the aforementioned method. Cost was about $9.00 from tractor supply co.
Have a blessed day and merry christmas.
I hope this helps you..... Use a small jack to hold the connector flush against the frame and do not tighten everything until you load the frame.
