Question corvette calipers fit fbody

Will the red corvette zo6 calipers fit a 99 camaro??????.Front and back????..They look exactly the same as the camaro ones>??

Yes, they can be swapped right in, just the calipers and you can reuse your F-body brake pads.

Thanks cannibal...one more thing to add to the list of winter mods ....Is their a company that makes calipers like the corvette ones but instead of corvette on the side, it says Camaro????...Or do you have to use stickers (DECALS) I don't trust those stickers!!

SDPC ZO6 calipers...95$ each for front
75$ each for rear
or 340$ for all four....

Where do you get the brackets from if you want to run a corvette rotor also?

Call LG Motorsports they have brackets but i don't think they ever put them on their website.

With the LG Corvette kit is there any cutting or grinding of the spindle or a arm on the camaro, or is this a direct bolt up using factory parts.

The LG kit is a direct bolt-on to '98+ cars, but the calipers will have to have one fin ground a little bit. LG can sell you the whole deal ready to bolt-on to your car.

Yes, using the LG brackets, the C5 caliper needs about a 1/4" of a single fin ground smooth on the back side. Can't see it at all.

I have the opportunity to buy corvette brakes (rotors, and calipers) for 100 bucks. right now i have powerslots on the front w/ hawk pads. will switching to the corvette brakes be a good upgrade or not? what all is involved with installing the corvette setup on an f-bod?

More swept area is a good thing. The caliper bolts ot a bracket and the bracket to the knuckle
