Default questions about raising the rear

Im running eibach springs all around. I need to raise the rear about an inch to inch and a half for about a month. Im towing my seadoo. Has anyone used these spacers? Or should I try to find thicker/taller isolaters? My tongue weight is very low but I want a little more room since my rears rub on big dips =once in a while. Or should I go with Airlift bags?

They might work, or you could toss in a pair of Moog cargo coils for the summer. The work involved would probably be the same.
