Weights: Front Sway Bars, Strano 35mm vs Stock 30mm
Replaced my stock (30mm) front sway bar with Stano's 35mm (p/n "Hollow 35mm"). Thought others may be interested in the weights of each. Pictures attached for clarification if needed.
Stock (30mm) front sway bar: 9.74lbs
Stock (30mm) front sway bar with hardware: 11.88lbs
Strano 35mm front sway bar: 16.06lbs
Strano 35mm front sway bar with hardware: 18.91lbs

I have in the past and sell UMI's solid.... Solid 35's weight around 28-30 pounds depending on scale and if you are counting hardware, etc.

It would appear based on weight the OP has a 30mm bar and not a 32mm (SS, WS6, 1LE). Between a 32 and a 35 hollow the weight is about 5 lbs. different. Vs. a 32mm bar we are talking an increase in bar stiffness of around 43%, and a whole lot more vs. a 30mm bar....as in an 85% increase.

I'm doing my mods one at a time, partly to aid in troubleshooting, but also so I can feet the difference with each. I did the rear bar first. It made the car a little better balanced, didn't quite push as much. When I added the front bar, the push was back but the car didn't roll as much so it took more to get it to push. After that I installed my watts... then adjusted the roll center to eliminate the push.
Still adjusting on it and playing with it, but yeah... the car keeps getting better and better! Springs, Shocks and Lower A-Arms are next

The 1le suspension, at least in 2002, came with a 35mm hollow front bar and a 21mm solid rear bar.

Cliff version: If 35/22 is good, would 37/24 be better, and so forth as long the relationship between bars was maintained.
