Anyone know where to get custom brake lines for CTS-V calipers?

I have been looking. Ebmiller hasn't returned any of my emails or phone calls. Not sure what the deal is there. All I need is lines for the last piece of the puzzle to bolt these brakes on.

Try J&M Products. I know they build there hoses in house.

Justed wanted to add, KORE3 hooked me up on lines if anyone else is having trouble getting them from Flynbye.
