more detail... what rear end, what lca's, what springs, what TORQUE ARM... list your parts and if you know the torque arm angle, give that too. Is the car lowered? Do you have lower control arm relocation brackets?

check your torque arm bushing on the tail of the transmission to verify it's tight. Consider poly bushing there. Consider an adjustable torque arm. IF I'm not mental, the wheel hop can be removed by a combination of correcting your torque arm angle and shocks. How many miles on the car? stock shocks still? Any chance they're shot?

30k on the car. Barely drive it really. However I know I want to do the suspension over again, I would like it to sit a little lower.

I should have asked how old are the shocks, but you're possibly getting the point now...

I'm the second owner of the car and as far as I know nothing has been changed. So the shocks should be 9 years old.

id do shocks first and foremost... the rest wont matter if the shocks cant hold the power to the ground. get ones that will be ok when/if you lower and plan ahead....
