Default interchangable rotors?

Hey guys I was looking to sell my rotors and brand new pads off my 2000 Trans am. I put some ads up and a kid who had a 93 camaro called me. I was assuming they would fit. He seems to not think so. I was under the impression that everything from 93-02 was basically the same as far as the wheels and stuff go. Any help would be appreciated.

Any other vehicles in which are rotors would work on?

93-97 brakes are interchangeable with on the 93-97 models and the 98-02 models interchange with 98-02 models....

however that being said cars from 93-97 can do a LS1 style brake upgrade by simply using a spindle assembly from a 98-02 car and use the 98-02 calipers rotors and pads so all the stuff from 98-02 is better ...

As long as you use the 98-02 spindles, calipers and rotors then yes you can swap them to a 93-97. You cant just use the 98-02 rotors on a stock 93-97 setup if thats what your asking?

you need to swap everything.
