dust boots are for wussies. If you get the newest LS1 specific kit there is no modifying the spindles, if you get the 93-97 kit you need to cut the spindles (I have the older one, I ordered before the LS1 kit came out)

No dust boots but the tolerances are so tight you dont need them (ive seen them on off road mud trucks)
I got my first set from LG Motorsports.. My second set just magicly showed up on my door step
back kit is around $700 and front is around $1300.. drilled (well they dont drill them, the holes are cast in and thus stronger)

well, the E compound pads will squeal, they are a race pad. The Q compound is great for the street and seems to last plenty long. A new set of wilwoods will cost you about the same as a set of Hawk pads.

I had stock on the back.. Wilwood makes a back kit but not if you have TCS..
I thought the car braked very evenly.. 80% of the work is done up front anyways and i never had a problem. At Buttonwillow the brakes had little if any fade and were very predictable and reliable. On my new 69 Camaro I have 6 piston Wilwoods up front and 4 piston in the back.. for this I installed a seperate proportioning valve

I have no clue what pad they sent with them and I got the 6 piston front 4 in the back
The full kit with new hoses and ebrake, the pad i have does not make anynoise
I love These brakes not a sponserbut Murry's Speed@Custon was the cheapest pplace that i found the whole set front and back was $1800 then $150 for new hoses
That just the front with Bear

Since you can't run the 4 piston kit in the rear with TCS, can you take the stock 2 piston front brakes and put them out back and still have the TCS work with the 6 piston front?

i love my willwoods, you can push them hard and they dont ever seem to warp. when i purchased mine they told me the back kit would not fit a 12 bolt. is that correct? did anyone else have a problem with the little screws that go in the rotor center turning rusty? the four bolts on the on my pass. side caliper also did this.the ones on my drivers side are stainless. my car does not see rain ,so it must be from washing. overall i love these brakes and would buy them again.
