I used the stock banjo bolt from my 4th gen for the ctsv calipers, as for the brake lines you will need longer ones, somewhere within this thread is a link as per who has the correct length ones. If I remember its core-3 but im not 100% positive

Coming back to this to help my braking balance. I've got a front C6 caliper conversion which required trimming off a spindle ear for the adapter bracket.

I need to switch back to stock spindles for the Gen1 4-pot calipers, correct? And I need different brake lines? What range of rotor diameters are compatible with the Gen1 calipers (c6=12.8, C6 Z51=13.38, C6 Z06=13.97, CTS1=13.98, etc.). What's the desired minimum gap between the wheel barrel and the caliper to prevent the caliper from touching the wheel when driven on a road course?

Great thread ! I have brembos on my g8 and I'd really like to run a cheap 17" drag wheel.

Does anyone know if it's possible to fit a c5z wheel with just alittle grinding ?

Just bought a 94 Formula completely stock with 42,000 miles. Just added 17" Speedlines and gathering parts for the brake swap.

The 2010 SS rotors will be here in a couple days and just started to mock-up the ls1 spindle with 0.8" spacing from the hub(z06 rotors measure 0.3", so if the Camaro is about the same or thicker a 15mm spacer should work).

Here is a vid of it spinning without lug nuts on. You can hear it scraping a little.

Here are a couple pics of the points of interference. I will sand the caliper and probably take some off the wheel also.

I know this is an old thread but once I'm done I will post pics/info if people are interested.
