Not discrediting you, I just never though it was possibly. Did you use washers per the sticky? Im hoping someone does this with Fikse so I can see if its possible.

Yes, I used two washers to bump the caliper over and center it over the rotor. As for the wheels you have it all depends on the backspacing weather it will clear the outside buldge of the caliper

Do you have more pics of them on the car and cross-car-under shots?

Not at the moment, and I just pulled the factory subframe out and am swapping in a BMR so when its back together ill throw some pics up from under the car. I can take a pic of the rotating assembly all together on the spindle from the back side if you wish to see it that way.

Yes pictures would be great, and maybe u can measure the inside of your
ZR1 type wheels and we can measure our Fikse wheels to see if we could get those CTS-V calipers to fit

ok the rim backspacing spec is +56mm and with the 1/4" or 7mm spacer I used that would make +49mm backspacing, which left me with 6mm clearance between the spoke of the wheel and the buldge of the caliper's outer bucket. The clearance measured between the grinded area of the caliper and the inside of the rim was 1.5mm or .050"

It's hard to tell in the pictures but it doesn't really look like you had to grind THAT much... Am I right?

No I didn't have to grind very much, if I knew how to post bigger pics I would, I click on that insert pic icon and that's what goes up, what do I do to make them larger?

A spacer reduces effective offset... so in your case it is like you are running a wheel with a 49mm offset, not 63.

Thanks HAZ-Matt I was thinking the opposite math due to the fact that I pushed the wheel further out, you corrected vital information. thanks again

Backspacing and offset are two different measurements. http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp

I dont know how much the C5 upgrade costs, but with these 14" rotors and CTS-V calipers im in the low $600's in parts
