UMI Torque Arm templates for 12 bolts?

UMI Torque Arm templates for 12 bolts? Does UMI offer a template for those of us with Moser 12 bolts for cutting down the bracket? I have a tranny brace mounted adj torque arm with the built in loop.
The thing smashes my tunnel (above the pumpkin) on the most minor bumps...im hoping cutting the first set of mounting holes off works...curious if they have a pre-made template, or if this is going to be a trial and error type deal.
