Powder Coating Koni shocks got a ???

Default Powder Coating Koni shocks got a ???

Is it bad to put the already assembled shock through the heat process. Wouldnt that boil the shock fluid. Been thinking about powder coating my konis white.. match my stranos....

Shouldnt be a problem, they arent baked long enough to cause issues. I did all my parts, finished install today.

at what heat and for how long would they bake ?maybe consider epoxy paint.

Rubber seals, and oil = don't do this. Ask true choice koni, and any powder coater should tell you this also, the heat will cause the rubber seals to dry up and the oil to run. That will damage the finish and ruin the shock, requiring a rebuild.
