i bought my UMI setup used from another member, ill be installing within a few weeks and am wondering how i know the correct setting/adjustment on them? do i just go ahead and adjust them to the same as my stock and bolt it up, or is there a trick to is?

Depends on your wheel size. If they're stock size just adjust the suspension to stock settings
