Default Anybody lowered running LT's and duals?

Anybody out there lowered, running LT's and duals? My car is a DD so I see all kinds of shitty roads and I just wanted to hear some opinions from people with a similar setup.

Lowered on Hotchkis springs, with longtubes, 3" xpipe, into dual 3" SLP LoudMouth II mufflers. Plenty of ground clearance! I now have turndowns on them, and the clearance is the same. Just get a competent exhaust shop. My main problem is the xpipe is right under my torque arm.. If I ever put the car on a 4post lift, the torque arm and rear end weight pull the exhaust down and bend the hangers, so I have to bend them back to regain some clearance.

Hotchkis springs:

as hollow said, a lot will depend on your shop and how well they manage to tuck it in the car.

Put LT's and the Bassani TD's on my best friend's SLAMMED (a finger and a half between tire and lip) TA... PLENTY of clearance.

It all depends on the brand.

Stranos and tsp duals. I have some trouble with speed bumps but for the most part it isn't that big of a problem. Love the look and sounds.

Stranos and tsp duals dumped and no issues. I took the time to adjust them and push them up high. Approx 4.5 inches clearance.

Kooks TD's slammed 1.25" and its not bad at all. Last time i got under the car I had one small scrape just before it goes over the axel.....which is the lowest part of my system. But my car is also not a DD...if I find a shitty road i'm turning around.

i was going to lower my car until I put on my tsp duals. I have pacesetter headers and granted they could go up more, I still do not think i will be lowering my car.

wow I'm pretty surprised at the amount of positive results. The exhaust shop tucked my duals really nice. I went under the axle and the lowest part is the cats by like a 1/2 inch. So what springs would you guys recommend? I'm leaning towards the Stranos because of all the great reviews he has on here with Bilstein shocks. But I read somewhere on here that Bilsteins don't last on lowered cars. Any truth to that? Also, my car doesn't need to be lowered an awful lot to get rid of the 4x4 look so what do you guys think about the SLP Eibachs with the .75 inch drop?

I would avoid the Eibach springs, seriously. My 97 came with their Sportline kit, which was WAY TOO LOW AND WAY TOO HARSH. I swapped them for a set of Hotchkis springs, which raised it up a bit, but still has the lowered look (see my pic above).. That car got totalled, and I kept the springs. When i bought my 01, it came with the Eibach Pro Kit, which was not quite as low or harsh as their Sportline kit, but still not a comfortable spring at all. I went right back to the Hotchkis springs and love them. I've used several kinds of springs, and been in different cars with different springs. My favorites have been these Hotchkis, BMR, and coilovers.
