Default Car becomes unsettled after installing new rims and tires?

I have a few Fbodys, and have had all sorts of suspension setups on them, but this is my driver. Its an 02 WS6, I have Voghtland Springs and new Bilsteins on it, its the best riding fbody ive ever had, i love the Voghtland springs. Screw Eibach, ive had two different pro kits, and the drag spring setup, with KYB adjustable struts front and rear, all of which have paled in comparison to these springs and bilsteins..until now, i ditched the stock 17's and went to 19's. Miro rims with 275/30/19 tires. All brand new with new gorilla nuts and everything. Ive never had any issue with this car, but the thing suddenly feels completely unsettled. When you turn the vehicle at any speed, it feels as though the rear end sways back and forth and just overall doesnt feel stable. The rims are tight, I used hubcentric rings, Its baby smooth at any speed, no vibrations...
I checked the sway bar bushings, they look fine..

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Can you put your old wheels back on and see if the problem goes away? If it does, then it's the wheels. If not, your car.

Check the nuts/bolts attaching the torque arm to the rear end. Sometimes the will loosen up and allow the rear end to "float" under the car. I have had this happen twice and it does exactly as you describe. Also sometimes makes a "chattering" sound under light braking. Also check your torque arm bushings and mount up at the transmission end

Not sure if this could be one of the reasons, but the new wheel/tire set might be heavier aka more unsprung weight to control. If you put back the old wheels and they feel good, you can eliminate it being due to another issue other than the wheel/tires.

Have you played with air pressure? Some tires have
"squirmier" sidewalls than others, and I've gotten
cars back from tire shops with way-low pressure on
the new tires (like 20PSI).
