Default Umi Tubular lca

I recently purchase some umi adj tubular lca which were shipped to me. I got them in today and I was looking at the they are poly/rod. Well while I was looking the rod end for some reason not sure how to explain it. Half of the rod end fell off not sure if it's suppose to be pressed on as I never dealt with aftermarket lca but crazy thing about it happens to both lca not just one. Tried to search but haven't found anything. Much help would be appreciated

You mean the little round washer-type pieces of metal that slide into the rod end? Those are supposed to just sit in there like that. Once you put the bolt through they won't move

There should be a zip tie used for shipping. But once you take the zip tie off the spacers can fall out. This is normal, they are held in once installed.
