Default SFCs I have Chromoly Tubes should I go boxed? 800 WRHP

I currently have aset of Chromoly tubed SFC`s welded in. I am installing a forged LSX motor that I will be running an F1r and cog off of. My target is 800 rwhp. I am wondering if I need to beef these up? I dont wanna do a cage or partial cage but I am curious what everyone's`s thoughts are. Please let me know. I could swap them out for boxed SFC`s...

You should go with MWC (Midwest Chassis) subframe connectors.

I was looking at them. Are the 1x2 chromoly still boxed out or are they tube?

Just get a cage, way stiffer than sfcs, and if your not under 11.5 with 800 hp you suck at driving.

If you are actually looking at the MWC SFC, they aren't round tube (1"x 2" = rectangular), and they actually tie the front and rear "frames" together. Unlike any other SFC that i'm aware of. Global west has tubular frame ties if you want round tube.

Yes I am looking at the MWC sfcs and I like that they are not tubular, I just didn't know if the chromoly units were tubular?

Our chromoly SFC's are round tube and have been "formed at one end for installation. We have the mild steel in stock in red. They could ship out today. Both would do a great job doing what you are looking for. Just give us a call or PM me here and we can answer any of your questions and get them ordered for you.
