A good 2 point true subframe connector is all you need. Total cost with labor will depend on what shop rates are and experience of the installer, we typically charge 250.00 parts and labor.
Be sure you are purchasing a true frame connector and not a jacking rail. Some manufacturers advertise a subframe connector that doesn't even contact teh true subframes in the 4th gen cars, and it is easy to identify by the connector bolting to the rear LCA bracket. The rear LCA bracket is about 6" away from the actual subframe, and they runt he connector along side the rocker panel, which is already the strongest part of a uni-body car.
MWC has a true subframe connector in a weld-in version only(bolt-ins are worthless, imho). Cost is 165.00 shipped, comes in a powdercoated finish, and is a simple install.

well there are WAY to many factors to give you an answer there
subframe connectors run between $110 and $360 depending on brand and whether they are 2 point or 3 point then there is how much your local shop will charge you to weld them up.

We would definitely recommend doing subframe connectors especially on a car that is more drag race oriented. Subframe connectors will ensure that there is minimal chassis flex especially when launching the vehicle.

Wow $350 just in labor is robbery. I had subframes welded on, and the area prepped and welds painted over with black paint to match the subframe powder coating... For $350 total out the door. The subframes alone were $175 plus tax.
This was on a Mustang. The subframes were "full length" with multiple contact points along the front and rear subframes and floor of the car, and cross brace that bolts to the floor about half way, which is welded to the subframe connectors. I think it was around 90 minutes of work, including unboxing the connectors from the box they were shipped in, test fitting/mock up, and sanding off the powder coat and undercarriage at the weld points.
