Default Spohn swaybar rubbing shocks?

I'm having an issue with my spohn rear swaybar rubbing on both shocks. I have QA1 shocks. Before I take a grinder to the swaybar or replace it I wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue.

FYI have you already tried loosing the u-bolts and end-links then sliding/moving the whole sway-bar/ bushing mounts forward for more clearance..?

I found an old old thread where someone else was having the same issue. I just ordered the BMR X treme anti rollbar and that should take care of my issue.
