Default how to rebuild shocks absorbers?

how to rebuild them? what parts are needed for the rebuild? what gas is used to fill them with and how?

The gas is compressed nitrogen. Unless they are older oil filled shocks. You would need some pretty expensive safety equipment to rebuild them... Most shocks say right on them 'Do not open' 'Do Not Service' or something similar. Why don't you just replace them with new?

Some racing shocks can be rebuilt/re-valved, but to the best of my knowledge, street shocks cannot be overhauled. You simply replace them.
