HELP!!! Can't hook
 

Hey guys I have a 01 ss that I can't get to hook out of the hole the car has a built 60e with 3400 Coan triple disk converter, Mwc adj tounel mnt torque arm,double adj Lcas, single adj rear qa1s , 275/60/15 Mickey et streets

I have my pinion angle at -3
Tire pressure at 13
Torque arm is in the 2 hole from the bottom on the front adj holes
And the shocks are set to the 4th click

Am I doing something wrong and what are u guys doing any help would be greatly appreciated

It's kind of hard to tell what's going on with your set-up with out seeing a video.
When you say 4th click is that from full soft or full hard?
Is the car hooking at launch then breaking the tires loose?
Tire pressure @ 13PSI shouldn't be an issue.
If everything is right and the car still won't hook control arm relocation brackets could be your solution:
