Bmr, umi, spohn ?????
I'm looking to do rear suspension first....
I assume all 3 are pretty equal but which brand would you recommend?
Who is the best vendor to buy from? Who has the best prices?
Do you think there will be Christmas sales again?
Any input would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Kevin

^ I will say the fab9 is no joke if you are wanting a part to punish, plus they look bad ***!
That said I have all UMI parts under my car so its the only group I have experience with, great instructions, great products, and responded quickly to the questions I had at the time during install.
Dont think you can go wrong with any of those 3 personally though

What we don't know yet is how you plan to use your car. Street, strip, road race, combo car, etc...

Is there an issue with using Spohn parts on a 4thgen? When I was into 3rdgen's years ago, Spohn was the big name on campus. Should I stay away from them now? I only ask because I can get a killer deal on their upper & lower front control arms, rear adj panhard bar, lca's and the tunnel mount torque arm. All of them have rod ends but not the roto-joint ones. Would these be harsh on the street? Loud? Like I said, I can get all these parts mention for a fraction of what they cost new and they have barely 1000km's on them (excuse my canuck terminology lol) ..

LCA and panhard are a very popular option and will keep movement to a minimum.
An upgraded torque arm once again reduces component deflection caused by a power adder.
Relocation brackets can help forward traction and the ability to plant the tire.
35mm/22mm sway bars are the classic upgrade and will of course keep the car from rolling over during cornering.
Good baseline list.

I know we are a little late to the party but I will shoot you a PM with what I can do for you on pricing and recommendation on these parts. We would be more than willing to help you with the suspension and chassis stuff on your car to get the performance where you want it.

Launching!

I literally just installed these parts on my car this past Saturday along with a panhard relocate. All were UMI and the install went super smooth. The quality of each piece was top notch. I would recommend getting new hardware just because of how old the OEM stuff is. You can't go wrong with any of the "big 3" though (UMI, MWC, BMR).

UMI, BMR or MWC. My rear is all MWC, well except shocks and springs. But their support was baller and you get some quality parts. Personally I'd suggest you stick to heim joint LCAs or roto joints. poly/poly is a waste of money and time. A FAB9 would be a nice addition too
