alignment questiona
 

So i will need an alignment done after my vikings install, and new fully adj rear suspension. Should i tell the alignment shop to align the front first, and then do the rear to match the front?

Are the alignment specs the same on a 1 inch lowered 4th gen as stock ride height?

Alignment is totally up to you. You can tell them to get it to stock specs or have them align to what you want it to be.
There should be nothing to align in the rear. If you have adjustable rear control arms you should have them at the stock length unless you need to fit some large slicks on there. The adjustable PHB you can adjust yourself to center the rear. And if you have an adjustable torque arm you can adjust the pinion angle, which has nothing to do with alignment.

Yea i can get it close by eye but with a rack they can get it closer
