Default ABS to Master hardline replacement?

My brake hardlines that go from the ABS block to the master cylinder both have a hole in them. Where can I find replacements or do I have to get hardline and bend my own?

SSTubes sells them in their front brake hard line kit, otherwise Ebay/junkyard is likely your best bet.
