I'm in Medina Ohio. About 20-25 min South Southwest of Cleveland.
And from what I can tell, it only damaged the passenger side rear tire. Driver side looks just fine...

AGX shocks are crap for our cars, I'm not debating that. They are a softer than oem shock that has harder dampening, so combine them with a soft lowering spring and you bottom out more frequently. And even though BMR has a new progressive spring it is a softer spring rate similar to the pro kit last time I checked (the pro kit being a standard spring can sag and compress over time)
And yes on 285's on his rim setup, even not knowing his back spacing, his fenders need to be rolled.

Ahh, a bit further of a drive than I thought... But yeah, try getting an adjustable panhard bar and center the rear end as close as you can. I'd try what JD said about removing the shocks and springs and going from there to see where you're getting contact as well
