Default ls1 to lt1 rear brakes

I know this sounds backwards. Was getting ready to order a after market 9. I was thinking of use lt1 brakes instead of ls1 brakes. Most just because they are smaller and have more options for 15 inch drag rims. Question is how much of hassle. Are fittings and hoses the same

It's pretty simple really, but you are going to need to swap spindles. I have the spindles, calipers, and rotors (I would buy new rotors "just because" though) that I could sell ya for not much over what shipping costs would be. Im from WI. Or you could hit up a junk yard near you. They are pretty common, and should be pretty reasonably priced.

The other difference about the rear brakes is the LT1 style caliper is mounted on the rear end of the car vs the ls1 style is mounted on the front side of the rear end. You might need the actual rubber lines and hard lines for the rear end to make everything look factory.
