I think that type of sway bar is mounted above the rear end. Different from traditional "factory" sway bars. I don't think you can even see it from the rear when installed.
So.....your picture is probably pretty accurate to represent final application.

i bought the version that mounts to the rear axle tubes not the one that goes between the frame rail. im keeping my stock tank. i have just heard that the style bar i have hangs verry low..

I don't know theirs for sure but I couldn't imagine it hanging any lower than the rear end at all. If you look at ours for our fabricated housing it isn't even the lowest point of the rear end.

[QUOTE=MidwestChassis2;19738625]I don't know theirs for sure but I couldn't imagine it hanging any lower than the rear end at all. If you look at ours for our fabricated housing it isn't even the lowest point of the rear end.

from what i understand from lookin at theres based on the crappy pics they have on there site the bar actually

sits basically under the 3rd member
but as u can see this wont work cuz my tq arm has mounting points just like urs does.

from this pic it just longs like the mounting brackets would hang really low if i were to roll it back a lil bit to clear the tq arm mount

this is a lil better pic but not a fab9 and it doesnt depict the car with the wheels on the ground. this also looks like the bar mounts more away from the 3rd member . so this is y im confused

Going on those pictures alone, I would pick a different sway bar. look at the arms and end links in top photo. I doubt that even works!

The rear end is just hanging down, that's why it looks that way.

bnastystuntz we have a bent style that will fit any rear end and will sit in the same location as our straight version. It takes some type of swaybar bracket on the housing to work though. We do offer a weld on style just like the ones we use with our fabricated housings but I have seen people use the muffler stock style clamps before. Not what we recommend but I have seen it done.
