I'm thinking of buying some bmr lowering springs and have a few questions. I did the heater hose mod and like the stance but wouldn't might it a little lower. I'm wondering how the springs would affect my launch? I'm running CE rear drag shocks,no sway bar and your typical bmr suspension parts. Wouldn't want to affect my 60ft times. Opinions? Thx

Stiffer springs will effect the launch. My BMR springs made launching a little harder

There are a lot of factors involved in how a spring will affect your launch. Tire, power level, transmission type, other suspension mods etc. Our Springs have been used on many cars down into the single digit range. Their 160lb rate is well balanced for an average weight car seeing street and track time. Stock springs have a 114lb rate and can be too soft of your suspension induces squat. This can lead to unloading the tires or wheel hop.
